It`s difficult to speak about one book. There are loads of books, what impressed me. First of all - 'Master and Margareth', then 'The Chronicles of Narnia'(my 1st real book), HP and LOTR of course)) 'Dorian Gray`s portrait', "A walk to remember' and so on, and so on...
I like many classic masterpieces of literature, but naming all of them will take a lot of time)

I agree with you. Books can Tell about life.

My favourite books are books about Harry Potter. I like books about the Redwall Abbey or books about horses.

Narnia. mostly - Narnia. All books by Tolkien. And Harrisson))

I always liked to read and much, therefore it is difficult to me to speak only about one book. Michael Fernz and its novel "Captivating passion", perhaps one of those books that has especially hooked on me since first lines and remains among favourites and to this day

I pray on "The C++ Programming Language" Biarne Stroustrop. It the best of the best. =drag=

Now I'm reading Vadim Panov's franchise about Dark city. It's really intresting and thrilling.

"Wuthering Heights" by Emily Bronte. I was amazed by such quantity of anger and despair, of mental and physical cruelty of the main hero. I've never read about such unconcealed hostility of one person to another. I believe it's very powerful novel.

I'm pretty sure that it's almost impossible to choose only one book. There are so many incredible works and authors so you just don't know which one is your favourite. Nevertheless I'd say that my favourites books are from my childhood: Mark Twain "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer", Nikolay Nosov "Dunno, or Know-Nothing" etc.

Next: Cinema

The "Harry Potter" was the first book i had red at all :-[ . It is still my favorite book :) . But also i like David Brown ("The lost symbol", "Angels and Demons"). Usually i read "The Da Vinci Code".

Hmmm... It is very interesting question. I love books and I never thought about favourite book.... I will say, so, my favourite book is Harry Potter and Sherlok Holmes, I think they are very interesting books and I can say so they are my favourites books ^_^

house in which I live I suppose. Not a book, not even a place, but a whole world. It's not a fairytale, but there's something really awesome and a bit insane (in the finest sense of the word) in it. It's rather big, however it's worth reading.

I really love "Gone with the wind" by Margareth Mitchell, Scarlett O'Hara is a very strong person, I admire her, sometimes she's selfish, but, anyway, she's incredible! Also I like "Jane Eyre", "Wuthering Heights", but most of it all - "Rebecca" by Daphne du Maurier).

My favourite book is Girl meets boy. This story about love. It's not very difficult, but it isn't easy too. It's very intresting.

no, I haven't. I even haven't heard about this book before.

Last book I enjoyed was "Dublin people" written by Maeve Binchy. It consists of two different short stories about usual problems that we have in our life.

I'm reading Philip Pullman's trilogy "His Dark Materials" now and I'm quite enjoying it.
I read the first part "Northern Lights" 10 years ago or so. Decided to refresh what I remember and read the rest of the series.

Stories by O. Henry

"The Man in the High Castle" by Philip Dick. Alternative history genre, as i like. The novel describes reality after the win of axis countries (Germany, Italy, Japan) in II world war. Interesting script imho. Also there reviews the availability of objective reality etc.

oh, mine favorite book at the moment - "Street Cat Named Bob" J.Bowen. This is Bowen's biography. In this book he is talk about his last life. He was drink alcohol, take drugs. But when cat appeared in his live, all changes. James made a friend - Bob.
