Where I live, not many people actually cook. Some of them are not interested in learning how to, but most of them are just busy. They balance both work and family pretty well, but they'd rather spend time with their loved ones or do something exciting over the weekend, instead of cooking and cleaning. There is not way to spend your time in the kitchen, if you can have Italian food on Monday, Chinese on Tuesday, Japanese on Wednesday, etc.
